Mô tả công việc
- Perform administrative support tasks, including handling paperwork, documents, and data records for the assigned department.
- Provide operational support for department-specific tasks under guidance from supervisors or senior staff.
- Assist other departments when required, ensuring smooth workflow and timely coordination across branch operations.
1. Branch Document Support:
- Support customer service tasks, including guiding customers with basic banking procedures, issuing queue numbers, and answering simple inquiries.
- Assist branch operations, such as document sorting, data entry, printing/scanning forms, and preparing daily transaction files.
- Coordinate with tellers and RM, helping check application completeness, update customer information, and follow up simple requests.
2. Financial & Accounting Division:
- Tax Intern: Support daily tasks for the Tax Team, including tax declarations, tax reconciliation, e-invoice issuance, etc.
- Accounting Intern: Support the preparation of the 2025 Financial Statements and assist with daily tasks for the Accounting Team, including reporting, translation, and administrative work, etc.
3. Strategic & Planning Division:
Support content creation and digital marketing on SNS platforms
Main tasks include:
- Planning and developing content calendars
- Filming and editing short-form videos
- Scheduling and publishing posts on SNS platforms
- Supporting monitoring engagement metrics and generating basic reports
- Assisting with market research and trend analysis
4. Card Business Division:
- Market research, development, and implementation of card business strategies.
- Propose new ideas and improvements for card products/services.
- Support daily paperwork and other operational tasks related to the Card Planning Team (if required).
5. General Affairs Department:
- Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management (including payment documents).
- Help manage office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and administrative forms.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Final-year students from the following universities: FTU, VinUni, HANU.
- Able to participate in a full-time internship (Monday - Friday).
- Able to arrange internship time according to the requirements of each position/department.
- Internship duration: 3-6 months, starting late December
